THE SEEDS

Long before Christianity eggs were considered as a symbol of life & rebirth by many ancient cultures all over the world. It was believed to hold a form of natures life force inside and that was unleashed in the process of hatching giving birth to a new life. In many Pre-Christian cultures everything in the world was believed to go in endless cycles of life-death & rebirth, some of the similar ideas were transferred to a modern Easter celebration traditions and in some way celebrate the rebirth and resurrection during the season of Spring, right after the Spring season Equinox which by itself has lots of similarities with many pagan cults of sun and natures fertility worshiping. In this time of year nature itself is overcoming a symbolic rebirth then everything around us is coming back to life. Many things in Easter celebration traditions hints to many other cultures and are in a way an Easter egg of some sort referring to many other religions, making it in the way to be another celebration of rebirth, resurrection and life itself.
